You can focus on the main defenses first so things like xbow, inferno, air defense, for th11 it would be the eagle and so on .and any new unlocked buildings try to bring them to the max for the previous town hall ,and leave the walls till last hope this helps
Yes but troop levels are capped, and 30 troop space is not the same as a seige machine. siege levels are capped at 3 at th10. imo it should be lvl 1 or 2 at th10 and then lvl 3 for th11 before getting max at th12, but thats up to the devs. IMO th10 shouldn't have them, th10 is way easy now.
The Dragon is a troop unlocked at Barracks level 9, which requires Town Hall level 7. It is a fearsome flying unit capable of attacking both ground and air units, with both high health and damage. If you're mainly donating to th11, I would say stone slammer and loons/edrag first. For th 10, the first siege machine worked the best for me. Best thing to do is probably just ask your clanmates and see which one they prefer. If you really want to take your clan war (leagues) to the next step, consider getting level 8 minions and transform

TH11 with 25/25/x heroes can obviously easily wipe out TH9, and most TH10, but for lots of clans that's not where the war is won. Now on one hand, DE income does tend to go up at TH10 and TH11, so that can help you max heroes faster; but on the other hand, you'll be unlocking tons of fun new troop upgrades that will be competing for DE.

I started when Clash first came out and was instantly hooked. I spent a good chunk of money on my main account, roughly $500 over the first year. Then learned to be patient when those upgrades got to 7+ days.
In terms of defenses, there are kind of two goals: one is to be impossible for a TH10 to 3 star, and another is to be hard for another TH11 (including rushed ones) to 3 star. Going slow on your defense upgrades is not going to help get you out of TH10 land very quickly. Having a strong layout will help a lot, and the new walls will help with that.
